This edition of the Doha Climate Talks: Climate Diplomacy in Action serves as a pivotal platform to advance climate diplomacy and fostering regional and global cooperation in an era of rapid disruption. Organized in partnership with the German Embassy Doha, the Arab Youth Climate Movement Qatar (AYCMQA), and Msheireb Museums, this event brings together high-level policymakers, among them a former German Federal Minister, thought leaders, academics, and climate advocates to address the pressing challenges of climate diplomacy and global cooperation while the international geopolitical shifts are impacting our world.
Through engaging panel discussions, the Doha Climate Talks: Climate Diplomacy in Action will explore how diplomacy, leadership, and multi-stakeholder collaborations can drive meaningful climate action while ensuring equitable representation for all. As the world navigates urgent climate risks, the high-level panel and the conversations with women and the youth will aim to strengthen diplomacy and partnerships, shape policy direction, and highlight impactful pathways for a sustainable future.
The Doha Climate Talks are a tool, initiated by the German Federal Foreign Office and designed for the German embassies abroad, to partner with local entities to provide a platform for cooperation, exchange and dialogue to discuss urgent topics in the area of climate change.
